In accordance with the U.C.C. all auctions are considered to be reserved unless advertised as absolute, and during any reserve auction, the auctioneer may accept bids from the seller or an agent of the seller.
Items are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" with no guarantees of any kind and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 15% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNED ITEMS. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factors by the title and description information along with the photographs provided. Vintage Auctions Online will attempt to describe the merchandise in the descriptions and photographs but makes no representations. All coins are guaranteed authentic however Grade is subject to individual views and is not guaranteed. When bids are made, all sales are final and No Returns are accepted for any reason. Should an item be damaged in shipping, the buyer will have purchased insurance to cover said loss and collect from the insurance carrier direct.
