Buying through us is only permitted if the Conditions are well understood and accepted and the candidate buyers or sellers hereby acknowledge that they accept and abide by these Conditions and Notes.
1. This auction house (ROMFEA GEMSTONE & JEWELRY AUCTIONS) is the intermediate between the Buyer and the Vendor.
2. The 'eBay live auctioneer' is the authorized person guiding the auction as the Vendor's representative. He is the person who names and decides the bids and has the right to refuse a bid or withdraw items from the sale.
3. The live auctioneer/ has the right to his/their discretion and without any explanation to refuse any person entering the auction or placing bids.
4. All items jewelries/gemstones are offered for sale 'as seen and found' and it is considered that all candidate Buyers or their representatives have checked and inspected gemstones/jewelries of their interest to their full satisfaction.
5. A 15% buyer’s premium is added to the hammer price and the Buyer agrees to the payment of this premium as part of the selling price.
6...'Buyer' is the person who offers the highest final hammer price and the final 'hammer price' constitutes a binding Contract of Sale.
7) Winning bidders must add 15% Buyer’s premium to the winning bid.
8) Winning bidders must contact us and send their payment within 5 days of auction end.

11) Customer Service & Return policy: As referred at terms of buying, buyer is responsible to check jewelry condition through the photos, which represent its condition and responsible to select if he wish his items to be insured. So auction house is not responsible for damage or lose of item during the shipping. Although buyer has the ability to return the item,and get back his total payment amount back if he /she considers that item description is not correspond to the jewelry.AS FAR AS IT CONCERNS GEMSTONES DUE TO THEIR GREAT NUMBER AND SIMILARITY,WE SELECT ONE IMAGE SAMPLE ONLY.BYER MUST READ EACH ITEM DESCRIPTION.There are two kinds of item return
1)If buyer conciders that item needs a plenty of time to be scientifically examed,then he/she contacts customer support and negotiates the availiable time.this has to be done with in 2 days of item arrival
2)If buyer considers that jewelry description is not correspond to the image,or the quality of gemstone was too low for his/her expectation. BUYER THEN MUST RETURN ITEM WITH IN 7 DAYS FROM ITEM ARRIVAL
