<td width="100%">
Beautiful pair of pink cornucopia vases by Abingdon Pottery. Abingdon art pottery was manufactured in Abingdon, IL. from 1934 through 1950. The cornucopia pair of vases are done in the star flower pattern that was made only in 1947-1948. They are a very nice shade of soft pink with the floral design raised and then painted with a white enamel. The pair stand on square bases and stand 7" tall. The base measures 3 1/2" by 3 1/2" with the top opening being 4 3/4" wide. The bases are stamped with the Abingdon USA mark with an incised mold mark of 565. The vases are in excellent condition with no cracks or crazing to the glaze. There is one small manufacture flaw that has been glazed over on the corner of one of the vases base, (See picture). Very pretty pair.
