1) Cavalry officer's cloak, black fabric exterior with a yellow interior, black velvet collar and a black cord closure. No maker's markings are present. 2) 1902 pattern officer's hat, blue felt construction with a black band, gold bullion eagle with "E PLURI(sic) UNUM" ribbon, a gold chinstrap with eagle buttons, leather visor, black cloth interior with traces of a merchant's label and a brown leather sweatband. 3) Cased set of two U.S. Army shoulder boards, Horstmann production, with a dark blue felt base, three interwoven strands of gold bullion piping, and a set of gold and silver bullion Captain's bars on each. With an enamel-finished tin case with the Horstmann badge on the lid. Retention screws not included. 4) Armstrong Manufacturing Company Officer's coat, black construction with brass buttons, gold bullion trimmed yellow cloth standing collar and dual-band bullion shoulder knots (Captain rank). On each shoulder are a pair of loops for shoulder board mounting.
