Produced circa 1942-1945 as a "cheap" weapon to air drop en-masse in occupied territories and used by partisans and resistance members to make life interesting for the occupation troops. A single shot, smoothbore weapon, the overall idea was to kill a better-armed occupier via ambush and then take their equipment. This is a three hole model, sheet metal construction with zinc cocking knob, hollow grip and sliding cover.
BBL: 4 inch round
Stock:
Gauge: 45 ACP
Finish: bright
Grips: metal
Serial Number: NSN
Condition: Very good. A rough patch is visible on the upper left side of the barrel, along with some scattered spotting and handling marks. The front section of the grip cover is broken off and absent. Mechanically excellent.
