Fabric retailer and wholesaler based in Surrey, BC is closing its doors for good and
liquidating all surplus stock. Stock will go at 80% off RSP and less than manufacturer
price to the highest bidder. All lots are sold in bulk quantities, fabric will be by the roll
and unstitched suits and sarees will be by the bag load.

All lots are sold as-is and are not on pallets or pre-packaged

onsite and view all goods at Surrey, BC.
Collection:
Pickup is done by appointment; on pre-set days this will allow your pickup to be quick. All items must be
picked up within 14days of purchase: Please show up at your appointment time, as your items will be
ready for the time you have booked.
If you are sending a friend or third party please let us know at the time of booking, security will not
release items to another person unless noted on your invoice.
For Larger items please bring any help or tools needed. Our staff cannot assist you with physical labour
in loading. All shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer.
