All successful bidders have entered into a contract and are obliged to pay for all successfully awarded items in full within immediately upon receipt of winning notification email. Items must be paid for in full prior to removal.
There will be a $50.00 storage fee added to the successful bidder’s account for any items left beyond the specified removal time, unless other arrangements have been made with Community Auctions or shipping has been paid for and arranged.
