Our items are priced to sell. Our auction, (like many other auctions) have UNDISCLOSED (HIDDEN) RESERVES ESTABLISHED BY CONSIGNORS.
Our Hi/Low estimates take into account the cost to replace new as well as what others may sell the item for. We expect under normal bidding that our items will sell below the estimates, however in a strong bidding demand, items could reach the hi/low estimate on some items. OUR LOTS HAVE HIDDEN RESERVES. THE HI/LOW ESTIMATE IS A REASONABLE APPROXIMATION OF THE MARKET VALUE OF THE ITEM. OUR HIDDEN RESERVE WILL BE LESS THAN THE ESTIMATES, HOWEVER BIDS PLACED ON AN ITEM WITH THE HOPES OF WINNING IT FOR A FRACTION OF IT'S VALUE WON'T WIN THE ITEM. PLEASE USE JUDGEMENT WHEN PLACING A BID. HIGHEST BIDDER DOES NOT MEAN YOU WIN IF THE BID IS BELOW THE RESERVE.
