Nice old cast iron measuring device used to make buggy wheels. This one is British Broad arrow marked, indicating that it was used by the Military.

Artist is John Louis Clarke of Glacier Park Montana. Work is entitled "Tiny Bear". Numbered as shown. 3.25" tall.
