Profiles in History presents our Fall 2009 Hollywood memorabilia auction featuring over 1,100 lots of entertainment's most iconic props, costumes, posters, photography, scripts and original artwork. Spanning all genres of entertainment from vintage silent films to classic Academy Award winners, from horror and Sci-Fi to contemporary blockbusters and popular music, there is virtually something for every collector. Highlighting the auction will be a 17-foot tall full-scale Bumblebee robot from “Transformers,” Michael Jackson’s illuminating glove from the 1984 Victory Tour, and Amelia Earhart’s goggles worn during her history-making flight, to go along with a plethora of exciting offerings from Academy Award-winning special and visual effects creators, Stan Winston and Richard Edlund. The sheer volume of amazing Hollywood artifacts needs to be witnessed to be believed. Any description will fail to do it justice.
