The remaining surfaces retain 95% original blue finish with some smooth brown patina on the trigger plate and the trigger guard thinning to a brown. The wood is very fine with the exception of a minor crack on the forearm (right side), a hairline crack in the grip area and a couple small hairline cracks near the upper tang, along with some light scratches (mostly on the buttstock) and a few minor handling marks. The forearm is missing one screw in the latch plate. The checkering is crisp. Mechanically excellent.
