Manufactured in 1884. This Third Model has the guide rail integrally machined as part of the receiver. The top barrel flat is marked with the two line address/King's improvement patent dates ahead of the rear sight and "32 CAL" at the breech. The bottom of the brass cartridge elevator is marked "32 CAL.", the model designation is on the upper tang and the serial number on the lower tang. Replacement King front blade sight and adjustable buck horn rear sight. Blue finish with casehardened hammer, lever and crescent buttplate, and mounted with a smooth forearm with iron end cap and straight grip stock.

Condition: Fine. The barrel and magazine have a smooth brown patina. The receiver retains 40% original thin blue finish mixed with smooth plum patina. The hammer shows some fades original case colors and the lever and buttplate have a smooth dark mottled patina. The wood is very good with scattered minor dings, dents and scratches. The markings are clear. The action is excellent.
