Serial Number: 21033
Condition: Extensively restored back to 1892 specification. The metal surfaces have a smooth brownish gray patina with much of the original blue finish remaining on the front receiver ring. Almost all of the original bright niter blue finish remains on the extractor with some scattered minor spotting. The replaced trigger guard retains 98% original blue finish. The stock has been lengthened from the rear of the middle band forward. There is a filled repair on the toe of the buttstock, behind the rear barrel band and along the cleaning rod channel which have a much darker finish than the rest of the stock. The front band has had the ramrod guide welded to duplicate the Model 1892 pattern. The muzzle has had the crown removed back to the Model 1892 flat style. The action is excellent.
