Lot of 3. 1) Tax Property statement for 1873. The company owned boarding houses and pit houses at shafts #2, 3, and 4; a stable at No. 3; and Virginia City property incl. water rights three miles north of Six-Mile Canyon. Signed by H.S. Safford, assistant superintendent. 13" x 8" Some stains. Rare. The tunnel was 5 years from being completed. 2) Two unused Sutro assay pieces: rare 1890s Assay Report form, datelined Sutro, and a 1910s Daily Mill Report.
