`From "Star Trek: Voyager" (1995-2001) a screen used female Klingon Forehead Appliance. This is fitted just under the wig and above the eyebrows. It shows several layers of touch-up make-up and remnants of the hair from the Klingon wig. It is purposely "stressed" since this was used after the Klingon collapsed from a collision or explosion. The prosthetic was designed, sculpted and molded under the supervision of Michael Westmore in the Paramount Studio's Lab and then given to Special Effects Make Up Artist Andrea Le Vine who applied it onto the actors. They come from Andrea Le Vine's personal collection, and includes a Letter of Provenience from Ms. Le Vine. It also includes a small foam latex "Blender Piece". The set comes in two individually labeled Bodytech Emporium "Body Parts" (Ms. Le Vine's Special Effects Company) Ziploc bags. (Forehead prosthetic is approx 8"x5", and the Blender Piece is 4"x2").
