1953-54. "Accompanying Schedule of Information Furnished to Bidders" for a proposed 1953 "Central Bank of the Philippines" banknote issue. A 2 page document that lists denominations, quantities of each denomination required, descriptions of the portraits to be used on specific denominations, "Each denomination shall have its own distinctive border design", facsimile signature instructions are given and types of inscriptions required on the notes as well as their locations. The letter also states "....These descriptions, therefore, should be regarded as guides by the bidders, and should not be regarded as final in all details...Any questions concerning specifications should be addressed to M.Cuaderno, Sr., Governor, Central Bank of the Philippines, Manila, Philippines.
