Scarce RAD Leader's Dagger with Sheath and Case
Designed and introduced in 1937. Blade is 10 1/4" long, with thin single fullers, scimitar-like front clip and acid etched "Arbeit adelt" (Work ennobles) slogan on the right side. Aged nickel finished dual quillion cross guard with "spade and grain" RAD logo on the right, smooth imitation ivory grip panels and detailed eagle head pommel. Metal sheath with pebbled center panel bordered by shoots of grain and overlapping scroll designs at the throat. With a green and black velvet lined leatherette case.

Condition: Very good, with some minor handling marks on the blade, flaking and bubbling on the guard and pommel, cracking and chipping on the grip and a fine patina on the sheath. Case is fine with some cracks on the exterior cover and tears to the lining.
