SA Gruppe Westfalen Marked Pre-War Walther PP Semi-Automatic Pistol with SA Marked Holster

This is an example of a Pre-war Walther PP semi-automatic pistol with SA-NSDAP Gruppe marking. Nearly all of the NSDAP organizations came to Walther to supply their organizational marked pistols. The left side of the slide is marked with the Walther banner followed by the two line markings of "Waffenfabrik Walther, Zella Mehlis (Thur)/Walther's Patent 7.65m/m, MOD PP". It has fixed sights with the matching, last three digits of the serial number, "303" correctly marked (scratched) inside the slide. The front strap is inscribed "SA der NSDAP/Gruppe Westfalen". The right side of the barrel muzzle and chamber, and slide are marked with prewar Commercial Crown "N" proof with the P suffix serial number on the right side of the frame behind the trigger. It is complete with two blue Walther marked magazines, both marked "Walther banner/PP 7,65 m/m" on the lower left side. One magazine is fitted with the black plastic finger extension and the spare magazine has the standard flat base plate. The pistol is fitted with the original black checkered plastic grips with the Walther banner at the top. This scarce pistol is accompanied by an original WWII dark brown leather holster and original Walther spare magazine. The front of the holster is nicely stamped with the large circled SA emblem indicating SA Party ownership.

Stock:
Guage: 7.65 mm auto

Fine with 75% of the blue finish overall with edge and high spot wear. With blue loss on the grip straps. The grips are in fine plus condition with nice distinct checkering and Walther banner markings on both sides with minor handling marks. The holster is fair with a visible circled SA emblem on the front flap with tight stitching, showing heavy age cracking of the leather overall. The pistol has a correct matching slide.
