This a beautiful example of a master engraved Italian shotgun which features a single bead sight on a solid matte rib, 3 inch chambers, chokes measuring full and improved modified, and ejectors. The left barrel marked "Armitala di Lucchini S." in script and the right barrel "Made in Italy" also in script. The barrels are blue and the remaining parts are coin finished. The shotgun has seven pin H&H pattern side locks which feature exceptionally nice and finely detailed engraved woodland scene with flushed/flying pheasants on each side. The frame features an extensive English scroll and floral blossom pattern which extends to the trigger guard and break lever. The underside of the frame also has an exceptionally nice and finely detailed game scene that depicts a hunting dog with a pheasant in its mouth. The engraving was done by Master Engraver Claudio Cremini and it is signed "C. Cremini" directly to the right front of the trigger guard. Single trigger, tang mounted manual safety and mounted with a nicely figured, finely checkered English walnut forearm and straight grip stock with a finely checkered bare butt and gold initial oval. Length of pull is 14 5/8 inches, drop at comb 1 1/4 inches, drop at heel 2 1/8 inches, cast on 1/4 inches and toe out 1/4 inch. Comes with a factory box.

Condition: Excellent plus. The shotgun retains virtually all of the original blue and coin finish. The wood is excellent with a few light scratches and handling marks.
