Ballerina, set designer, costume designer, actress, and second wife of Rudolph Valentino. She exhibited such control over his films that Paramount barred her from her husband’s sets; they divorced shortly afterward. Vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 Ball photo of Rambova in profile, signed in fountain pen, “Most sincerely, Natacha Rambova.” In fine condition, with a light crease above signature extending into a couple letters of sentiment. A scarce image of Valentino’s tempestuous spouse, who was bequeathed just one dollar in his will when he died in 1926.
