Original unsigned pencil sketch entitled ‘Child Eating Soup,’ circa 1930, trimmed around the outline to an approximate size of 4.75 x 6. This preliminary drawing, trimmed and mounted on an off-white board, was a gift from Parrish to fantasy artist Hannes Bok. Double cloth matted and framed to an overall size of 15.5 x 16.5. Scattered light folds and small tears to edges and image, with a small area of paper loss to lower right, otherwise fine condition.
