Manufactured in the mid-1960s. The shotgun has dual bead sights on a vent rib, 2 3/4 inch chamber, choked full and length of pull of 14 inches. The receiver has an extensive floral scroll and punch engraving which incorporates a gold inlaid border. The sides of the receiver also have engraved and gold inlaid game scenes. The left side has a marsh scene with three gold inlaid flying ducks. The right side has field scene with four gold inlaid pheasants. The scrollwork extends to the trigger guard, takedown ring, magazine mount and 4 1/4 inch wedges on the barrel sides at the breech. Gold inlaid borders are also featured on the barrel wedges and magazine mount. The consignor notes state that the hand engraving and gold inlay was done by Master Engraver Kurt Jeager of Germany. The left side of the barrel has standard Winchester markings with the Winchester factory proof on the barrel and receiver at the breech and a pigeon on the magazine. Jeweled bolt and follower. Matching numbers on the magazine tube and receiver. The nicely figured and high gloss pistol grip stock features a fancy skip line checkered pattern, contrasting rosewood grip cap, cheekpiece and vented White Line Pachmayr recoil pad. The underside of the forearm has an inlaid diamond which features a flying duck silhouette.

Very fine as professionally embellished by a Master Engraver. The shotgun retains 98% plus of the blue finish showing some mild slide wear. The wood is excellent with only the slightest handling marks. Action functions properly.
