Vintage original 1939 5 x 7 inches gelatin silver photograph of Mobster John Torrio leaving the federal court house in New York during his trial. Nice clean image with Torrio looking straight at the camera. The back has an original World Wide Photos caption sheet and a San Francisco Examiner stamp dated 1939. Originates from the Examiner's archives. Mild rippling, otherwise fine condition.
