Pay order issued to State Treasurer David Rittenhouse, in full: "Pay Walter Hall Four Hundred Pounds being in full for his services to this day. Signed by Nixon and countersigned by J. M. Nesbitt. In very good condition, with chipping to the edges, and old tape on the reverse reinforcing vertical folds.
