This is an early Iver Johnson Arms Inc. Transitional Safety Automatic Hammerless Revolver in a 32 S&W caliber. The double action revolver shows a 5 inch solid rib barrel with a nickel finish and hard rubber original grips showing the rare wonderful Iver Johnson Owl spots. The overall condition is good with a well retained finish. The barrel is marked "Iver Johnson's Arms & Cycle Works Fitchburg, Mass.". The pistol has a serial number of 64319 and was manufactured in circa 1896-1897. This shows the first model single latch and the second model trigger safety, making this a scarce transition model pistol. Antique Firearms Pre-1898 No FFL Transfer required.
