Hopkins & Allen Manufacturing Company 5-shot .30 cal. rimfire revolver, patent date March 29, 1871 on barrel, XL#2 on frame, period engraved, nickel plated with rosewood grips. The center portion on both sides of theframe shows an animal head portrait of what may be a wolverine, surrounded by engraved scrolls and geometrics. The revolver shows 85-95% original nickel, some drifting and loss on the cylinder with light beginningerosion, but crisp and well marked with no polishing whatsoever. The grips are very good with some slight handling marks. Action good, bore good, serial #K878 beneath the barrel. An unusual and nicely engraved spurtrigger. Est.: $400-$800

We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
