Holland & Holland Cavalier model side by side shotgun, 20ga, 28” barrels, choked “Improved Cylinder” and “Improved Cylinder”. Shows English style straight stock, double-triggers, auto-ejectors, nicelyfigured walnut stock, checkered butt, gold inlaid “Holland & Holland” on each side of frame, and “The Cavalier” on blued floorplate of action. The stock measures 16” from the front trigger to the end of the checkeredwood butt. The belly of the stock shows a factory inlaid owner’s plaque, with initials “REP” indicating made to the order of Bob Petersen, who liked long-stocked guns. The gun shows 99% plus original blue and casehardening, with all blue remaining on triggerguard and floorplate. The stocks are satin finish and are crisp with just some slight surface handling and discoloration. The case hardening is fiery and bright. Thegun shows just some minor use and is fine to excellent overall, 98-99% plus. The gun is contained in its original Holland & Holland type luggage case which is also in near excellent condition showing some slight
