1919, Massachusetts. Stock certificate for 50 shares. Green/Black. Founded by Allan Herschell and Edward Spillman, the company was located in North Tonawanda, New York. It is, perhaps, best known for its production of a proprietory engine design sold to many different automobile manufacturers. In addition to building its own automobile models, the company was an important maker of merry-go-rounds, with the last one being built in the early 1960’s. Uncancelled and extremely fine.
