The bead-and-dentil molded cornice with a blind-fret carved frieze, above a pair of arched and paneled cabinet doors enclosing a tapering interior simulating a corner cabinet, flanked by further paneled cabinet doors, all enclosing shelved interiors and flanked fluted quarter columns, supported on a conforming chest with three banks of three drawers each, on a plinth base. Brasses replaced.
Provenance: This piece was acquired from C. Angell, Bath, February 1920. It then ended up in the Harvard University Art Museum.
