It was printed in 1933 for Procter & Gamble to be given away as a premium and came out before <B>Famous Funnies</B></I> or <B>Century of Comics</B></I>. Gerber's scarcity rating for this comic is an "8," meaning only 11 to 20 copies are estimated to exist. A very sharp-looking comic that is more than 70 years old. CGC notes, "Restoration includes: color touch, pieces added, tear seals, cleaned, reinforced."
