1916, Illinois. Stock certificate for 1 share. Black\Bold. Liberty head vignette. Litho. The company founded by several executives of the Elgin Watch Company who took control of the assets of the defunct New Era Motor Car Company. They operated from 1916 – 1923 in Argo, Illinois and from 1923 – 1924 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The company operated successfully for a period of time but was heavily affected by the post-war recession, entering receivership in June of 1924. Uncancelled and Very Fine.
