Two original Bohlin dies:
a) The famous and iconic "Indian Head". A block of steel, 3" in diameter and 2 1/4" thick for the 1 3/4" Indian head. Also includes a positive imprint from the die in silver. Mounted in a Lucite display case, 9 1/2" x 6" x 7".
b) "Running Calf" from a roping scene. Steel block is 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1 3/4".

Ed Bohlin was known for making his own dies as well as repairing his own machinery. These dies were used in large hydraulic presses to make the silverwork the shop was famous for, a great addition for any Bohlin collection.
From a Prominent Wyoming Collection.
