Excellent. The pistol retains 95% of the original blue finish with some light holster wear on the muzzle, frame, trigger guard and side plate high points. The finish on the grip straps is thin with light handling wear. The lock bolt, trigger and thumb safety lever have 50% of the original straw-colored finish. Most of the niter blue is present on the magazine catch and sear bar spring. The Luftwaffe proofmarks and parts stamps are crisp. The grips are in excellent condition. The magazine is in excellent condition. The holster is in very fine condition with medium brown russet leather, tight stitching and crisp markings. Wear is limited to some minor scuff marks on the holster body and flex cracks on the latch tab. This is an excellent, original, example of a 1940 production Krieghoff P.08 Luger.
