A) Early Colt Model 1903 Semi-Automatic Pocket Pistol. Manufactured in 1909. Fixed sights, with the two line, two block address and patent marking (1897 and 1903) on the left side of the slide, with the circled Rampant Colt behind the serrations and caliber designation on the right side. The upper left front of the trigger guard bow is marked with the Colt triangle "VP" proof and the letter "R" is on the lower left rear. Blue "CAL.32 / COLT" marked magazine and fitted with checkered hard rubber grips with "COLT" ribbons at the top and the circled Rampant Colt on the bottom.

Condition: Fine. The pistol retains 60% original thin blue finish with areas of smooth plum patina on the slide, high edge wear and a smooth mottled gray patina on the front strap and grip safety. Most of the original bright niter blue remains on the slide safety and trigger. The grips are excellent with the right panel faded to brown, a few light handling marks and crisp checkering. The markings are clear. Mechanically excellent.

B) Manufactured in 1916. Blade and notch sights, with the two line address and 1896 to 1910 patent dates on the left side of the slide, the Rampant Colt behind the serrations, and caliber designation on the right side. Trigger guard is stamped with the "VP" proof and "1" on the left side. All nickel finish including the "CAL. 25 / COLT" marked magazine, and fitted with checkered walnut grips with silver medallions.

Condition: Replated. The pistol retains 98% nickel finish with a small area of flaking on the left front of the slide, some scattered minor blistering and pitting (under the plating) and frosting on the grip safety. The grips are excellent with light wear and very crisp checkering. The markings are crisp and clear. Mechanically excellent.
