According to a letter from Tom Berenger, included with this lot, this revolver was presented to him by John Milius, director and writer of the TV Miniseries "Rough Riders", which was produced by and featured Berenger as Theodore Roosevelt. Fixed sights and standard markings, with extensive gold engraving, a gold inlaid "TR" monogram on the left side of the recoil shield, simulated ivory grips with "TR" on the right, a buffalo head on the left, and "TO/ TOM BERENGER/ FROM JOHN MILIUS/ ROUGH RIDERS/ 1997" on the bottom. With a brown leather "slim jim" style holster, with scale themed decoration on the front. Milius' credits include the films Red Dawn and Conan the Barbarian, and Berenger's credits include the films Platoon and Major League I and II.

Near mint, with 97% of the custom silver finish, showing a mixture of colors on the surface and some light handling marks overall. Grips are also near mint, with exception of a small chip on the right hand side. Holster is excellent, with light scuffing and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
