Barry Windsor Smith - Portfolio, Fantastic Islands and Book, Shelf Stuff (Gorblimey Press, 1970s). This lot consists of five pieces of Barry Windsor Smith items published by the Gorblimey Press in the mid 1970s. There is a small postcard set of six drawings from the story of King Arthur and Camelot entitled Excalibur. The Fantastic Island portfolio consists of four plates and a title print with the first plate signed by Smith and marked "Proof CLXXVII." The Shelf Stuff book consists of various illustrations and drawings from published and unpublished. Lastly there are two prints dated 1975 each with five drawings of a stunning medieval maiden. Overall the condition of this lot is great as there are some minor corner dings. Important notice: We expect to be auctioning lots at the rate of 200-250 per hour. Sometimes eBay Premier live bid software cannot keep up with that pace, so we strongly recommend that you place a realistic proxy bid now as insurance to avoid disappointment. Also please note that all Heritage/CAA lots purchased through eBay Premier carry a 20% Buyer's Premium. Please make sure you read the Terms and Conditions.
