Portrait of J.A.Vaillancourt on left, Quebec City at center and Champlain monument on right, back with arms of bank circled by arms of 9 Canadian provinces. Red "Specimen - No Value" and embossed black circular "Waterlow & Sons - Cancelled - Specimen" on face. 4 POC's. Uncirculated to CU condition.
