A .32 caliber Ortgies patent semi-auto pistol by DWM of Germany showing Chilean National crest on right side of slide and fancy script logo for DWM on left side of slide, #400. DMW was the primary manufacturer of Luger pistols but also producedmany other automatics on contract for the German military and commercial purposes. The Ortgies patent pocket auto was a favorite of German officers from WW I to WW II. A small number of the early models were known to have been contractedfor by the Chilean Government. This example has been professionally restored to excellent condition. Est.: $400-$800.
