"Berger Chevrolet 9561 427/425 M-22 L72 COPO RE-CREATION. Very high quality frame off restoration,five hundred break in miles. The car was restored by a former drag racer of these from back in the day who has done numerous cars including NCRS top shelf vettes. Original X44 52 Garnet red/white interior 8 Cyl coupe.
The heart of the car is an all correct 427 L72. Very rare standard bore 512 block-no cracks or welds. A real 427 C.I. that you can actually drive it in summer and it runs under 200 (try that with a .60 over block). All internal components are correct GM 69 L72 spec-.10.5 pistons runs great on 91 oct. Motor built by Shaw City engines in Fresno CA all reciepts included. Every attention to detail has been given respective to period components. 4346 Holley,3933163 Winters foundry intake,1111499 dist,3919840 square port heads, dated/coded Harrison curved neck rad,etc etc. MN suffix VIN stamped on block as well as brand new M-22 trans, reverse lockout works perfectly. Everything on this car is either new or restored to mint condition.All new glass,headliner,carpet,dash pad, gauges,seats door panels,rockers etc. XT wheels with new Good Year F70-14 Bias ply's. All new aluminized custom exhaust-I guarantee this is the baddest sounding stock block L72 you will ever hear. You couldn't build this car for anywhere near the BIN price.
Absolute blast to drive, and sounds like a true GM rat motor should. Real one's are north of 200k even in this economy,and most tribute examples aren't anywhere near as correct(very few have actual 427 displacement) In the last year this car has won every show entered,including best overall muscle car at the Route 66 SCV event,the S.W.A.T LAPD charity show. It also received a special exhibit invitation to the prestigous Palos Verdes Concours de' elegance show at the Trump Golf Course celebrating the 100th annniversary of Chevrolet last summer. Last month it was used by a major film studio as a model, where over 250 specific photos were taken for an upcoming version of very well known computer racing game.

For any small items, standard U.S. shipping is available. Rates (for non-oversized items): $14.98 for the first item, $6.74 for each additional item.
Oversized items (not including vehicles): Additional shipping charges will apply, based on postal code and item size and weight. E-mail for shipping estimates before bidding.
International shipments/shipments going to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico:
The cost will be greater than the standard $14.98 rate. If you elect to bid on an item, you will be held responsible for the final cost of the item including all related shipping fees and standard FedEx insurance. Terms & Conditions
This auction is being conducted under section 535 of the Penal Code and Section 2325 of the Commercial Code and Laws and Acts of Auctioneering. Announcements made the day of auction take precedence over any previous communication.
1. A buyer's premium of 10% for vehicles and 15% for props of the hammer price shall be added to each purchase. For buyers bidding online and via phone, a buyer's premium of 13% for cars and 20% for props shall be added to each purchase.
2. Sales tax will be added to the purchase of all items. The buyer's premium is part of the purchase price and is taxable. CA residents will pay 9.75% unless a tax exempt form is on file at time of auction and resale permit filed at time of registration, or the equipment is physically removed by a trucking company and shipped out of state, providing us with a bill of lading.
3. Complete payment is required on the day of the sale. You will be sent an invoice after the close of the auction to the registered e-mail address with your total. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover up to a limit of $5,000.00 for this special car auction. Any purchase over $5,000.00 must be paid by cashiers check, money order, or a check (with bank letter of guarantee), Cash (In House Only) and PayPal.
4. Paid items must be removed from the auction location by purchaser at the conclusion of the auction, unless otherwise arranged. Please note that online purchasers who wish to pick up their items should call to schedule an appointment.
5. For cars and other oversized items that cannot be shipped, buyers are responsible for their own asset removal. Buyers may utilize any commercial mover or shipper of their choice. However all commercial movers/shippers must provide to auction company proof of liability insurance prior to any removal or packaging work to be done at auction site. 6. Purchasers may inspect the merchandise and are urged to do so. The Auctioneer makes no warranty as to condition and shall not be held responsible for any defects in any lot. All goods are on display for Public Exhibition and, condition is described in the listings for online bidders. Item descriptions, dimensions and estimates are provided for guidance. 10. The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes. The auctioneer and Premiere Props will not be held responsible for error or failure to execute bid(s).

FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
14. All shipped orders are fully protected by FedEx for damage or loss and a declared value insurance fee of $1.99 per item has been added to all standard shipments to the continental U.S. Combined shipping is available for standard sized packages at $6.74 per item, which will be added to the original item's shipping cost. Restrictions apply. In order to combine items for shipping, all items must be paid for at the same time. "Out of Area" domestic packages will be charged an additional $3.00 per package. All international shipments are subject to additional duties and taxes fees, which will be billed directly to you via FedEx.
15. If you elect to bid on an item, you will be held responsible for the final cost of the item including all related shipping fees and standard FedEx insurance.
