Auction Shipping Info

Payment Terms:
1. An Invoice will be emailed to you at the conclusion of each Session.
2. Payment is due once invoices have been sent out.
3. If you wish to pick up your items and pay with either Debit or Cash, this must be approved by Scribner Auction Ltd.
4. If you wish to pay with EFT “ETransfer” this must be approved by Scribner Auction Ltd.
5. A 12.5% Buyers Premium will be applied to all online purchases. (Or $250 Flat Fee per Item Cap)
6. An additional 2.5% administration fee is applicable for any and all MasterCard/Visa transactions.
7. GST of 5% will be charged to all applicable items
8. Scribner Auction Ltd. will automatically charge your credit card by Noon on the Monday following any weekend Auction(s) if you have not already paid alternately or have made arrangements that are satisfactory to Scribner Auction Ltd.

10. Shipping & Handling Charges will also be charged to your credit card at the time of shipping and a New & Revised Invoice showing the total including shipping/handling will be emailed.

Purchases will be packaged up after the auction and shipped via Canada Post or PUROLATOR within 12-16 days after the auction sale. Please contact us via email ( or call 780-842-5666 prior to the auction if you wish to arrange alternate shipping. Shipping & Handling Charges will be charged to your credit card. All packages shipped via Canada Post come with $100 insurance. Scribner Auction Ltd. will not be responsible for any damage or breakage to any item for any reason (shipping, handling or otherwise). If you wish to arrange for Pick Up at our Wainwright, AB location, please call our office to make an appointment 780-842-5666. You MUST schedule an appointment, dropping in is not permissible at this time.
