Payment & Shipping Terms
Please note, we now use automated payment processing. The credit card you register with will be charged automatically at the close of the auction for all lots won, including buyer's premium, applicable taxes and fees. Please ensure your card information is current before bidding and call technical support at 1-866-313-0123 if you need to change the card you've registered with.
All successful purchases are subject to automatic payment processing. A valid credit card is required to register and bid. At the conclusion of the auction, the credit card on file will be automatically charged for all winning bids, applicable buyer’s premium, taxes, shipping, handling, and any other applicable charges. By registering and participating in the auction, bidders expressly authorize these charges to the card on file.
Payment arrangements outside of the automatic payment process are not available unless expressly approved by The Southwestern Style Gallery & Auctions in writing prior to bidding. Declined or unsuccessful payments do not relieve the bidder of their obligation to complete the purchase.
Shipping and handling are arranged by The Southwestern Style Gallery & Auctions. Applicable shipping, handling, insurance, packaging, and related fulfillment charges will be calculated and charged to the credit card on file. No local pickup is available unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific auction.
Please allow up to 14 business days after cleared payment for order processing and shipment. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Tracking information will be provided electronically once the shipment has been processed and accepted by the carrier. Carrier transit time is separate from our processing period and is outside our control.
All bids are binding and all sales are final. By registering to bid, the bidder acknowledges and agrees to these Payment & Shipping Terms and authorizes The Southwestern Style Gallery & Auctions to process all applicable charges to the credit card on file.

Shipping & Processing:
All purchases are shipped by The Southwestern Style Gallery & Auctions. Please allow up to 14 business days following cleared payment for processing and shipment. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. This processing period includes order preparation, invoicing, packaging, insurance, and carrier coordination. Carrier transit time is additional and is not included in the 14-business-day processing window.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been processed for shipment. Buyers are responsible for monitoring the email address associated with their iCollector account and should check spam, junk, promotions, and other filtered folders for tracking notifications, particularly as the 14-business-day processing window approaches. Please allow the full processing period before contacting us regarding shipment status.
Shipping or delivery delays caused by UPS, USPS, FedEx, weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback. No local pickup is available unless expressly stated otherwise.
