A 3% fee applies to credit card purchases. The 5% convenience fee is the Live Auction World / iCollector charge for online bidding. EMT (e-transfer), cash, & debit avoid the 3% fee. Please send EMT payments to Lyn@KiddFamilyAuctions.com. If EMT is not received by noon on pickup day, the credit card that bidders registered with will be charged. The 3% credit card processing fees are non-refundable. If you register for the sale with credit as your preferred method of payment, then send EMT instead, we will not be able to refund the difference.

SHIPPING FEE: Shipping fees are added once Canada Post/courier rates are confirmed and must be paid by credit card. While we pack with care, we are not responsible for damage in transit and cannot offer refunds for shipping-related issues. Trucking can be arranged but please speak to the auctioneer prior to bidding.

CONSIGNOR PURCHASES: If a consignor is the highest bidder on a lot in the auction, the purchase amount will be deducted from their consignor proceeds. No separate payment is required.

Pickup is at the owner's property located at 55 Station St., Glen Huron, ON L0M 1L0 on Sat. Jul 25th, 10am to 4pm. Please do not show up at the owner's property outside of the agreed upon times. Please discuss the shipping of large items prior to bidding. Call Dennis 519-288-2228. Shipping fees must be paid by credit. If bidder requires insurance on their parcel, they must reply to their invoice email with request details. We can not ship items larger than Canada Post / courier allowances, (i.e. 66 lbs). U.S. BIDDERS: Due to U.S. postal tariffs (effective Sept 2025), we are unable to ship to the United States. If a U.S. bidder wins an item, payment is still required. Buyers have two options: (1) arrange their own shipping via Canada Post by providing a prepaid label, or (2) work with us to resell the item in a future auction, at which point the buyer becomes the consignor.
