Failure to pay the full purchase price or other amount invoiced (including buyer’s premium, applicable tax, and other amounts due) may result in commencement of legal or other collections proceedings for recovery of the hammer price(s) plus buyer’s premium and applicable tax, and other amounts due for that lot, together with interest, reasonable attorney’s fees, fees in connection with engaging a third-party collections agency, and/or the costs of any such proceedings.

Due to ongoing issues with delinquent shipping payments, unpaid invoices and non-receipt chargebacks, the following policies will now be enforced without exception:
1. Shipping & Payment Policy:
o All accounts with outstanding shipping balances will have their items shipped via Canada Post C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery) to the address listed in their bidder profile.
o You will be required to pay all shipping fees and C.O.D. charges upon delivery.
o Failure to pay the C.O.D. fees upon delivery will result in the forfeiture of any chargeback privileges with your card issuer.
2. Payment Timeline:
o Shipping fees must be paid within 24 hours of invoice receipt.
o If payment is not received, your items will automatically be shipped via Canada Post C.O.D., and you will be liable for both the shipping fees and additional C.O.D. charges.
o If you are unavailable to accept delivery, Canada Post will leave a notification card at your address.
3. Delinquent Accounts:
o Any unpaid shipping invoices will be shipped via Canada Post C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery) to the registered buyer and address listed on the bidder profile.
o Outstanding shipping fees and Canada Post C.O.D. charges will apply.
o Failure to accept and pay the C.O.D. charges will result in the account being sent for third-party collections.
o Accounts with any unpaid balances will have their bidding privileges permanently revoked, the account closed, and the account holder’s name added to the Do Not Register (DNR) Registry shared amongst auction houses across North America.

This policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness and accountability for all participants.
