Auction Rules & Terms — Please Read Before Bidding

Legal Notice: Bidding Is a Binding Contract Placing a bid creates a legally binding agreement to purchase that item. If you bid, you are responsible for paying the full amount owing, including buyer's fees, applicable taxes, and any storage or shipping costs. Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted. By clicking Bid, you agree to every term below.

1. Buyer's Fees & Taxes
• 10% internet buyer's fee is added to all purchases.
• Credit card payments are subject to a 2% processing fee.
• GST (5%) applies to all purchases, including buyer's premiums and fees.
• PST applies based on the buyer's province where registered.
• Tax-exempt buyers must provide valid documentation before invoicing.

2. Payment Invoices are emailed by 9:30am the day after the auction ends.

• Debit
• Certified Cheque
• Visa / Mastercard (2% fee applies)
• E-transfer to mcsherry.payments@gmail.com

Do not send e-transfers to mcsherryltd@gmail.com — they will not be deposited.

If you selected credit card at registration, your card will be charged within 24 hours of the auction ending. If payment has not been received by day 7, the applicable storage fee will be added and the credit card on file will be charged.

3. Pickup Pickup Location: 12 Patterson Drive, Stonewall, MB R0C 2Z0 (Off-site auctions may have alternate pickup locations.)

Hours: Monday – Saturday: 9am – 5pm Closed daily: 12pm – 1pm Closed Sundays Loader available when required.
Items must be paid for and picked up within 6 calendar days of the sale ending. Storage fees apply starting day 7, even if the invoice has been paid. Items not picked up within 30 days may be considered abandoned and resold, even if paid for. If you require extended storage, arrangements must be made in advance.

4. Storage Fees Weekly Storage Rates:
• Shelf / Small Items – $15
• Pallet / Furniture – $35
• Vehicles / Equipment / Trailers – $75
Rates are charged per invoice based on the largest item.

5. Shipping Shipping is available Canada-wide. After the auction closes, we will contact winning bidders with a shipping quote that includes packaging, materials, and carrier charges. If you are in Manitoba or want alternate shipping arrangements, contact us directly. Buyers outside Canada must contact us before bidding to confirm we can ship to your location.
Most parcels ship via Canada Post or Purolator. Larger items may ship via Day & Ross LTL freight. Packaging and quoting take a few business days. Items are shipped once the invoice, including shipping charges, is paid in full. Oversized or fragile items may require in-person pickup or alternate arrangements.

6. Item Condition & Refund Policy Refunds depend strictly on the condition noted in the listing:
• "Working" — report issues within 5 days of the sale date.
• "Untested" — no refunds.
• No condition listed — no refunds (typically estate or untested items).
Late reports may not be eligible for refund.

7. All Sales Are Final All items are sold as-is, where-is. It is the buyer's responsibility to review descriptions and photos before bidding. We do not guarantee completeness, functionality, or accuracy beyond what is written in the listing.
