All items are sold "As Is-Where Is" with no guarantees, warranties, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
Catalogues are prepared only as a guide. No sale shall be invalidated for any reason or by defect or inaccuracy of description in the catalogue or otherwise.
A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item when making a bid.
The auctioneer reserves the right to not accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid.
All successful bidders have entered into a contract and are obliged to pay for all successfully awarded items in full within 24 hours upon receipt of winning notification email. Please see Payment, Tax and Shipping details for information before bidding. All goods purchased must be removed by 4:00 pm on the Monday following the Sunday auction. Items must be paid for in full prior to removal.
There will be a $50.00 storage fee added to the successful bidder’s account for any items left beyond the specified removal time, unless other arrangements have been made with Cotton Auctions and Appraisals or shipping has been paid for and arranged.

The successful bidder has until 4:00 pm on the Monday following the Sunday auction to pay in full for and pick up the items won at auction or make alternate arrangements with Cotton Auctions and Appraisals, 102-1525 Broadway Street, Port Coquitlam, BC.
Otherwise, the bidder's credit card which was registered and approved for bidding for that auction will be charged at 8:00 am on the Tuesday following the Sunday auction for the full invoice.

Purchasers should bring their own boxes and packing materials to remove purchased items as these materials are not provided and limited help is available.
