Item/Description: Antique signed large majolica pottery vase by one of the most prolific Bohemian manufacturers of majolica of the 19th century, Wilhelm Schiller & Sons. Greco Roman motif glazed ceramic mantel urn. Ornate, hand-painted vase in bold hues depicts a centaur with cupid cherub. Incised decorations of floral medallions, palm fronds, berries, neo-classical designs. Glazed interior. Incised markings to base: 323 WS&S, possible artist's signature/initials in paint.
