Item/Description: Antique 19th-century English Victorian era three pin lot. All crafted from Sterling Silver. Aesthetic Movement jewelry refers to pieces from the late 19th-century Aesthetic Period (1885-1901) handcrafted and artistically designed to depict nature and artistry, in contrast to mass produced jewelry. Key features include the use of gold and silver and gemstones such as amethysts, emeralds and opals, and designs incorporating nature (birds, insects) or sentimental symbols (hearts, knots).

Peyton, Pepper & Co. PP & Co. crescent moon shaped brooch fashioned from Sterling Silver depicts flower basket. Three dimensional design. Embossed flowers and leaves with rose and yellow gold surfaces. Beautiful workmanship. Old hinged C clasp pin. Hallmarked: PP & Co. Birmingham, Lion Passant (Sterling), letter p (1882).
