We ship most items via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation within the US. Nearly all international orders outside of the US will be shipped via FedEx with Signature Confirmation. Signature confirmation is required on ALL shipments without exception. Our private insurance covers buyers in full and requires a signature to be obtained upon delivery. For this reason, ALL international orders will be shipped by courier and NOT cheap national mail carriers. This is more expensive but tracking and transit times are far superior. There will be no exceptions.

- We must fill out customs forms accurately for international orders. Please do not ask us to lie on Federal customs forms.
- ALL ITEMS ARE GUARENTEED ORIGINAL UNLESS SPECIFIED DIFFERENTLY IN THE DESCRIPTION. Should a mistake be made on our part, the buyer will be refunded in full and a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
- All items must be paid for within seven (7) days from the date the invoices are emailed out.
- Frank Zoller Authentic History reserves the right to withdraw any lot at its sole discretion. Frank Zoller Authentic History has final say in any dispute among bids or winning bidders.
- The purchase price payable by a buyer at auction shall be the final bid plus the buyer's premium. All purchases are subject to state sales tax rate unless a valid resale certificate is presented. A resale tax form must be completed in full prior to time of purchase.
- Frank Zoller Authentic History accepts the following methods of payment: cash, certified US bank check, wire transfer (orders over $1,000 only), most major credit cards. 30% buyer premium.
- Items in the catalogue may have a reserve which is a confidential minimum bid price. Any reserve/minimum bid will be either at or below the published low estimate in our catalogue. The auctioneer may open bidding and advance bidding on behalf of the seller, up to the amount of reserve. If a final bid is close to the reserve price the auctioneer may decide to sell the item below the reserve.
- Frank Zoller Authentic History reserves the right to refuse a bid from a potential buyer who has not established themselves with management prior to the auction.
- Any condition statement given, as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement or a fact. Condition can be best assessed by viewing the photos of each item.
- Frank Zoller Authentic History shall have no responsibility for any error or omission in the description. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. All items sold strictly AS IS. In the event of an exception, the buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs.

All items will be shipped within 2 weeks of receiving payment. Please be advised that we will fill your order as quickly as possible as soon as payment is received. Because each auction contains several hundred items, processing and shipping will take some time. We will not be able to answer your phone calls post auction as we are busy filling orders. Please direct all questions to our email. We will respond quickly! We use couriers for international shipping to ensure prompt delivery. This option is more expensive than national mail carriers but it's an expedited service with superior tracking. In most cases your package will arrive anywhere in the world in under 5 days. IMPORTANT: Please ensure your correct address is updated with iCollector.com. Any request of address change post-auction will result in your order being placed in the back of the line and will delay your shipping significantly. Any other special shipping requests may also delay your order. We will NOT ship to PO Boxes outside of the USA.
