Chapman Design Group.
Stuyvesant Van Veen (1910-1988) was a painter, illustrator, cartoonist, and printmaker in New York.
In 1943, the Cincinnati Ordnance District, part of the Ordnance Department, played a crucial role in the war effort by procuring and supplying munitions and materiel for European and American forces during World War II, including the production of single-base smokeless powder.
