Inc. April 21st, 1875 with significant investors such as Comstock Bonanza Kings Flood & O'Brien. Alfred Paraf (who this stock is issued to) said he had come up with a better way of refining silver ore. He even got James G. Fair to send 10 tons of ore from the famous Con. Virginia Mine in Virginia City, Nevada to be processed. However, they caught Paraf injecting the crucibles with silver nitrate! He fled to South America. (See Feb. 08, 1880, Buffalo Sunday Morning News and Nevada State Journal Aug 4, 1875). No. 62, issued to Paraf for 100 shares. Signed by president Scott Stewart and secretary J. Moon. Not cancelled.
